Due to the resource-intensive nature of customized market research, Dexlora Group LLC enforces stringent financial policies. The allocation of human capital, specialized software parsing, and physical venue leasing for focus groups necessitates a strict approach to project financing.
Data acquisition and analytical modeling are bespoke services. Once a project phase has commenced, the capital allocated for that phase is entirely non-refundable. We deliver research reality; refunds are never issued contingent upon the client's subjective satisfaction with the empirical findings produced, even if those findings invalidate the client's internal hypotheses.
If a client terminates an engagement mid-project, invoicing will cease solely for phases that have not yet been initiated. All active phases, including participant acquisition frameworks already in motion, will be billed to completion according to the Master Service Agreement (MSA).
In the highly unlikely event that a dataset is structurally corrupted or fails to meet the technical baseline parameters specified in the MSA, Dexlora Group LLC will perform a remediation protocol at our own expense to correct the dataset. Refunds are not issued as a substitute for remediation.
